The Griffith Branch YMCA strengthens the foundations of our community through well-being and fitness, camps, family time, sports and play, and other activities for people of all ages, incomes and abilities. We’re more than just a place to work out. At the Y, we help build a healthy spirit, mind and body for all with the core values of caring, honesty, respect and responsibility at the heart of everything we do.
Rock 'N' Rail 5K!
Thanks to all of the runners, volunteers and sponsors who supported the race! We're proud of everyone who braved the weather, especially the few 2 and 3 year olds who finished!
See you next year!
Every day the Griffith Family YMCA gives back and provides support to our neighbors by offering financial assistance in many ways. To an active member of the service and his/her family; to a low-income family for membership; to provide camp to a child who otherwise couldn't attend; to help a special needs individual socialize and get healthy in our Y who otherwise couldn't afford it.
By participating in or sponsoring the Rock N’ Rail 5K, YOU help us support YOUR community. We hope to raise $10,000 from this event.
